Common questions
Do you take small jobs?
Yes. Service calls are a big part of what we do. A dead circuit, a breaker that keeps tripping, a new plug or light, or something that just doesn't seem right.
Is my panel big enough for an EV charger or heat pump?
Often it is. A load calculation tells us whether you need a service upgrade or whether a load-management device will do the job. We'll check your panel and tell you which.
Will you work with my builder or designer?
That's most of our custom-home work. We coordinate with the general contractor and designer from planning through final inspection.
Do you do emergency calls?
Yes. Call 604 834 8178 and tell us what's going on. If you see smoke, sparks or anything burning, call 911 first, and shut off the main breaker if you can do it safely.
How do I get an estimate?
Estimates are free. Send the form with a few photos or drawings, or call or text 604 834 8178. Most jobs need a site visit before we can say much.
